Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Window
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.

If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Order Number).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

Personal care, cosmetics, and hygiene products.
4. How to Start a Return

- Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return in your email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refunds Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
- Please inspect your order upon reception.
